SOLAR GRID TIE SOLUTIONS
Solar grid tie systems are connected to the electrical grid of a property, thus giving access to users to solar energy as well as electricity from the grid. In instances where there is no demand for energy, the solar Inverter/PCU sends excess energy into the grid, The excess energy is only sent into the grid if the Net Metering policy exists in the state.
Under the Net-metering policy, users can receive credit for the excess energy they generate. The grid-tied solar systems are no different than living with regular electricity, the only difference being that some or all the electricity used comes from the sun.
